Lead the 0-to-1 strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a commercial banking platform covering business accounts, payment rails, treasury capabilities, APIs, and regulated financial infrastructure. Build and scale the product team, partner with engineering, risk, compliance, treasury, finance, sales, and operations, and drive adoption, reliability, cost efficiency, and risk outcomes. Influence executive strategy and mentor product managers while delivering modern banking experiences and payment capabilities.

Lead strategy, operations, and execution for the Relay product line. Manage cross-functional teams and P&L, set and track OKRs, provide executive and board reporting, partner with legal, risk, and finance, monitor market/competitor trends, and support business development and third-party partnerships to drive growth and member engagement.
