Manages ServiceNow’s global World Forum keynote program and other keynote initiatives. Responsibilities include developing production playbooks, coordinating brand, content, creative, and executive stakeholders, managing vendors and contracts, overseeing scenic design, logistics, budgets, timelines, speaker readiness, rehearsals, and event delivery across more than 11 cities. The role requires strong event production, project management, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills, with 30–40% travel.
