Owns executive-level, cross-functional customer and revenue programs spanning go-to-market transformation, renewals, retention, product feedback, and strategic accounts. Converts executive direction into accountable workstreams, tracks portfolio health and business outcomes, identifies risks, influences senior stakeholders without direct authority, and recommends program changes using data. The role also establishes operating standards for a growing Programs function supporting the Chief Customer Officer.

Lead go-to-market program management for Product & Technical Marketing, designing a scalable launch framework and building AI-powered workflows to automate coordination. Run cross-functional, high-stakes launches, align stakeholders, surface tradeoffs, measure pipeline and adoption, and institutionalize repeatable AI-first processes across launches and portfolio initiatives.
