Lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream professional services programs for large strategic customers. Define and apply delivery methodology, create program roadmaps, manage risks/dependencies, secure stakeholder alignment, and track forecasts and metrics. Drive change management, adoption plans, and collaborate with Engagement Managers, Architects, and delivery teams to realize measurable customer outcomes.

Manage large-scale technical consulting projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams and customers to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and risks. Lead executive communications and escalations, support revenue recognition and change orders, improve delivery processes, metrics, tools, and templates, and collaborate with Support, Engineering, Product, and partners to resolve complex customer issues.

Own strategy and operating model for subcontractor and services partners to scale Professional Services delivery. Improve onboarding, readiness, contracting, capacity visibility, governance, performance scorecards, and cross-functional processes to ensure quality and alignment across regions.
