Serves as the strategic partner to the Global Head of Sales, supporting executive decision-making, board preparation, cross-functional alignment, sales planning, business analysis, and global sales strategy. Owns multi-quarter technical programs supporting finance systems, including product and pricing launches, quote-to-cash, record-to-report, ERP and billing platforms, data flows, and IT general controls. The role coordinates Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, Security, Internal Audit, and leadership; improves reconciliation and reporting; designs audit-ready controls; manages risks and roadmaps; and builds governed AI-assisted workflows.

Lead improvements to bug reporting, escalation, tracking, and resolution processes; partner with Product and Engineering to measure and improve CX bug management; build documentation, training, QA processes, and data-driven recommendations to scale support for product quality and feature requests.

Lead design and scale of global post-sales growth programs: develop drivers and metrics for retention and expansion, build playbooks and operating cadences, align cross-functional stakeholders, and turn strategy into repeatable field execution.
