Owns go-to-market readiness for product launches, pricing and packaging changes, migrations, and commercial initiatives. Translates product decisions into operational requirements, coordinates cross-functional teams, validates end-to-end customer and seller workflows, manages launch risks, and improves readiness processes. The role partners across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Technology, and Enablement to ensure commercial changes are operationally ready for launch.

Build and operate scalable customer programs connecting product development and go-to-market teams. Responsibilities include recruiting and engaging managed customers for pre-PMF testing, creating operating infrastructure and playbooks, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting a Customer Advisory Board, integrating customer testing into launch readiness, measuring outcomes, and synthesizing customer feedback into product and GTM decisions.

Lead Dropbox’s commercial customer retention and renewals strategy. Design scalable renewal programs, operating models, playbooks, forecasting frameworks, and customer lifecycle initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to reduce churn, improve adoption, automate workflows, and increase recurring revenue. Analyze customer and renewal data, influence senior stakeholders, and guide transformation from strategy through operational execution.
