Own and operate the Workforce Planning operating system: manage planning cycles, governance, executive reporting, enablement, and cross-functional coordination. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and adoption; build templates, playbooks, training, and executive materials; partner with TA, People Analytics, People Technology, Finance to keep planning workstreams aligned and moving forward.
