Leads production across multiple game development areas and crafts, overseeing milestone delivery, schedules, roadmaps, risks, scope, communication, and process improvements. Partners with studio and discipline leadership on strategy, staffing, hiring, and organizational vision. Manages and mentors producers, develops production talent, resolves impediments, improves team health, and ensures teams align with project and business goals. Requires strong game development knowledge, advanced planning and communication skills, and JIRA and Agile proficiency.

Lead multiple game features and departments from concept to release, create and manage schedules and milestones, identify and mitigate risks and scope creep, and mentor production staff. Act as feature owner, coordinate cross-discipline dependencies, resolve impediments, and communicate status to stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Manage end-to-end production of global marketing assets for Core game titles. Define scopes, schedules, and budgets; coordinate Brand, Creative, and external vendors; enforce quality, legal/platform specs, and workflow processes; identify and mitigate production risks to deliver trailers, key art, social, and performance marketing collateral on time and on budget.
