Leads the strategy and execution of external game development partnerships for a AAA project. Builds outsourcing pipelines, workflows, trackers, review processes, and onboarding systems; sources and negotiates with vendors; manages budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, quality, risks, and delivery reporting. Partners with production, art, discipline leads, legal, procurement, IT, and security. Establishes the external development function from the ground up and eventually grows and mentors its team.

Lead multiple game features and departments from concept to release, create and manage schedules and milestones, identify and mitigate risks and scope creep, and mentor production staff. Act as feature owner, coordinate cross-discipline dependencies, resolve impediments, and communicate status to stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
