Manage and grow a portfolio of multi-location dental enterprise accounts by driving retention, expansion, and adoption. Act as trusted advisor to executive and clinical stakeholders, deliver data-driven insights and performance reviews, negotiate renewals, lead upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding, product adoption, and ROI.
