Lead downstream customer partnerships to sell RigUp workforce and services across LNG, refining, petrochemical, terminals, and pipelines. Develop and cultivate strategic client relationships, own portions of the sales cycle and complex RFPs, define go-to-market strategies, collaborate cross-functionally for onboarding and delivery, mentor team members, and use data and AI-enabled tools to identify market opportunities and scale the downstream vertical.
