Lead Achieve's capital markets strategy and execution: design diversified funding stack (forward flows, warehouses, ABS), build AI-enabled capital allocation and investor reporting infrastructure, align credit and product strategy with funding, and manage programmatic securitization and investor relationships to support growth.

Develop and deploy predictive and descriptive models and ML solutions across the customer lifecycle; perform deep-dive analytics, build BI to monitor program results, and partner with stakeholders to translate insights into business value.

Lead development, maintenance, and monitoring of credit risk models and loss forecasts. Perform EDA, build pipelines in SQL/Python, automate reporting and dashboards, document audit-ready methodologies, and communicate insights to stakeholders while supporting governance, validation, and model improvement efforts.
