Leads the strategic growth of a key healthcare partnership, managing executive relationships with health systems or payers. Develops growth strategies, achieves revenue targets, represents partner needs internally, and collaborates cross-functionally to scale operations. Applies sales principles, stakeholder management, market insights, and operational rigor while translating regulatory and clinical requirements into actionable business plans.

Designs and builds Salesforce architecture supporting patient, clinician, insurance, and operations workflows. Responsibilities include data modeling, system integrations, security, monitoring, failure recovery, automation, technical standards, design reviews, deployment processes, and mentoring. The architect partners with nontechnical stakeholders to resolve tradeoffs and establish scalable solutions across complex Salesforce implementations, particularly in regulated healthcare environments.

Manage value-based bidding, campaign strategy, audience segmentation, automated rules, and LTV-focused performance frameworks in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads. Analyze performance using Looker or comparable BI tools and collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Brand to improve patient starts and lifetime value.

Build scalable distributed systems for Rula’s Marketplace Health Engine. Lead technical strategy across teams, design backend services and APIs, solve complex marketplace and operational problems, mentor engineers, and drive projects from discovery through post-launch support. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations to improve provider utilization, marketplace efficiency, and patient access while remaining hands-on in software development.
