Own the brand media roadmap, allocate and optimize spend across CTV and paid social, build measurement (MMM/attribution), manage multi-million dollar budgets, liaise with agencies and internal Brand, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Finance teams, and present strategy and results to executives to drive awareness and patient starts.

Analyze billing patterns, healthcare claims, and complex datasets to identify anomalies and integrity issues. Build risk-monitoring pipelines, compliance dashboards, and proactive safeguards for the Trust and Safety team. Translate technical findings into clear risk assessments for legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders while supporting regulatory compliance and protecting patient care.

Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Engineering and leadership team during rapid organizational growth. Own operating rhythms, diagnose organizational friction, develop execution plans, facilitate complex decisions, and align stakeholders around measurable priorities. Translate engineering strategy into operating plans, improve processes using AI, and drive sustainable organizational effectiveness through influence rather than formal authority.

Build and maintain scalable platforms, services, and internal tools supporting revenue cycle management, including payments, claims submission, and operational workflows. Partner with engineering, product, design, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, reliability, performance, and cost effectiveness. Drive projects through planning, execution, measurement, post-launch maintenance, and issue resolution.

Serve as technical IC leader for the Provider organization: set technical roadmap, establish engineering standards, design and modernize distributed, microservice-based systems, lead architecture across teams, mentor engineers, influence product and engineering direction, drive full lifecycle delivery and post-launch reliability.

Build and maintain scalable platforms, services, and tooling for Revenue Cycle Management including payments, claims submission, and operational workflows.
