Operate and improve reliability across Retool Cloud and customer deployments by automating provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and observability; design safer deployment and rollback paths; reduce customer toil with infrastructure-as-code and tooling; partner with product engineers and produce runbooks, docs, and migration guides.

Lead and grow strategic partnerships with major technology partners (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Snowflake). Build joint business plans, track shared KPIs (ARR) via PRM, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and drive measurable revenue growth through executive relationship management and tactical execution.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic decision-making, own end-to-end BizOps projects, analyze data into executive recommendations, run competitive/market analyses, support high-visibility launches, and manage recurring operating processes like OKRs and planning cycles.
