Partners with sales leaders and customer-facing teams across the Americas to activate global enablement programs. Facilitates bilingual training, onboarding, workshops, coaching, and sales methodology programs; translates field needs into actionable initiatives; measures adoption, engagement, and business impact; and advises stakeholders on enablement priorities. The role requires enterprise sales experience, strong facilitation and analytical skills, influence without authority, and travel throughout the Americas.

Build and scale full-stack software for AI-driven connected operations products. Own technically complex, mission-critical areas end to end, from backend services and APIs to customer-facing UI. Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to translate ambiguous operational problems into shipped solutions. Contribute to technical strategy, mentor engineers, and help raise engineering standards across teams.

Leads enterprise customer implementation and onboarding for Samsara’s IoT platform, managing deployments, launch plans, training, and adoption. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to ensure customers achieve time to value, build strong stakeholder relationships, and resolve implementation challenges.

Own post-implementation customer success for enterprise public sector accounts, helping cities, states, school districts, and universities adopt Samsara’s IoT platform. Build success plans, run executive business reviews, lead workshops, advise on workflow changes, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to drive customer value.
