Owns executive-level, cross-functional customer and revenue programs spanning go-to-market transformation, renewals, retention, product feedback, and strategic accounts. Build and lead a globally distributed DevOps engineering team responsible for reliable platform capabilities and repository experiences. Source and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the AMER region, primarily Account Executives. Build diverse talent pipelines, map markets, screen candidates, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain candidate data in recruiting systems, deliver a strong candidate experience, and continuously improve sourcing workflows and outreach strategies in a fully remote environment.
