Provides advanced technical support to GitLab’s largest customers, troubleshooting complex Linux, GitLab, CI/CD, infrastructure, and integration issues. Lead complex B2B software sales cycles, develop account plans, build C-level relationships, coordinate sales and technical teams, generate pipeline through partners, manage negotiations and implementation journeys, and maintain accurate forecasts. Position GitLab as a trusted DevSecOps and AI platform partner while contributing to win/loss analysis, pipeline reviews, presentations, and go-to-market improvements.

Provide post-sales technical product expertise and best-practice guidance to help customers adopt GitLab at scale via webinars, labs, workshops, and on-demand engagements. Collaborate with CSMs, AEs, and Renewals to support implementation, architecture, use-case adoption (SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning), create reusable enablement content, and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Maintain and consolidate an inventory of AI tools for the field org, track adoption and utilization, manage access requests, support AI data hygiene, create enablement communications and simple reporting, and coordinate with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders to operationalize AI tooling.

Lead the field organization's AI agenda: define enablement roadmaps, identify and scale high-value AI field use cases, drive operational transformation, build field champions, and establish governance for safe, compliant AI adoption.

Lead a North America customer success team to drive adoption, account health, renewals, and customer outcomes. Coach Customer Success Managers and Architects, develop talent, manage staffing and hiring, support escalations, and strengthen executive relationships. Own content, certifications, and launch programs; partner cross-functionally; create blended learning, labs, talk tracks, and assessments; publish and measure program effectiveness to ensure field readiness and consistent messaging across the customer lifecycle.

Lead enablement programs for New Business and Sales Development teams, building and delivering role-specific training, content, and AI-driven job aids. Partner with field leadership globally, use sales tools (Salesforce, Cornerstone, Gong, GitLab) to identify gaps, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve learning experiences to drive sales performance.
