Lead development and administration of compliance programs for SoFi Invest and SoFi Wealth. Provide primary SEC Registered Investment Adviser and broker-dealer compliance coverage, advise on FINRA/SEC rules (including AI integrations), prepare regulatory filings, maintain policies and procedures, manage compliance risk assessments and annual reviews, support IRM initiatives, and liaise with business and senior management to mitigate regulatory risk.

Lead second-line credit risk oversight across unsecured, secured, and commercial lending. Perform credit and behavioral analytics, monitor roll rates and delinquencies, build visualizations, assess policy effectiveness, and provide recommendations to mature risk frameworks and regulatory readiness.
