Provide half-time mechanical engineering support for federal facility planning, design, and construction projects. Evaluate, troubleshoot, and develop scopes for mechanical systems and building automation controls; ensure constructability, cost-effectiveness, code compliance; review drawings/specifications; prepare technical reports and presentations; support project development and commissioning.

Design and provide technical support for facility control system projects (UMCS, DDC, SCADA, FAS, ESS, metering). Prepare calculations, drawings, specs, sequences, and one-line diagrams; support testing, commissioning, submittals, RFIs, as-built updates, and O&M inputs. Coordinate with project teams, cybersecurity, and stakeholders to deliver code-compliant systems for Department of Defense projects.

Provide fire protection engineering for DoD facility control system projects: design review, sealing engineered drawings and calculations, ensure code compliance, lead testing/commissioning, integrate fire alarm and mass notification with ICS, review submittals/as-builts, coordinate with project teams and authorities, and support field acceptance at secure sites.

Support IBM Maximo solution delivery and COTS technologies by configuring Maximo 7.x, developing integrations, scripting, reporting, and contributing technical solutions for federal and other clients. Operate remotely and comply with government background/clearance processes.

Lead design, architecture, integration, governance, and optimization of enterprise IBM Maximo/MAS solutions. Define technical/data architectures, standards, and roadmaps; lead migrations, data governance, integrations, cloud infrastructure, security, and performance optimization. Mentor teams, run design reviews, and support modernization efforts and project planning.

Lead and maintain program quality systems for industrial control and life-safety systems supporting DoD projects. Develop QC plans, execute three-phase inspections, manage submittals, oversee testing/commissioning, track corrective actions, and coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with codes and contract requirements.
