Leads full-cycle recruitment for GTM and other roles across regions and functions. Builds talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, supports workforce planning, improves recruitment processes, coaches interviewers, tracks hiring metrics, contributes to compensation benchmarking and inclusive hiring, and represents the company’s employer brand. The role requires strategic partnership, high-volume recruiting expertise, strong sourcing capabilities, and knowledge of U.S. employment and immigration requirements.

Manage retention, renewals, and expansion of Halter customers across the West Coast. Onboard and train farmers, build long-term relationships, act as customer advocate, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and drive farmer success and revenue growth while representing Halter in the community.
