Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for GTM and other functions: source, screen, interview, and hire across regions. Build scalable recruiting processes, support workforce planning, EVP, DEI hiring, manager enablement, compensation benchmarking, ATS maintenance, and hiring analytics. Represent Halter externally and improve recruitment tools and candidate experience to support fast company growth.

Manage retention, renewals, and expansion of Halter customers across the West Coast. Onboard and train farmers, build long-term relationships, act as customer advocate, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and drive farmer success and revenue growth while representing Halter in the community.
