Design, build, and scale recruiting systems and programs that improve interviewer effectiveness, maintain interviewer pool health, onboard and enable recruiters, and support specialty hiring initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to create playbooks, measurement systems, and infrastructure that increase hiring consistency, quality, and velocity.

Lead the IT SOX lifecycle and design ITGC/ITAC frameworks, execute operational IT and cybersecurity audits across cloud, IAM, CI/CD, DR, and vendor risk, advise on cross-functional initiatives, manage remediation of control deficiencies, and champion AI-driven automation and continuous monitoring to improve the technology controls program.
