Provide assistant controller-level support to healthcare clients, managing daily financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, month-end close, and monthly reporting packages. Review account classifications and balance sheets, maintain client procedure manuals, coordinate project tasks and staff assignments, and contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Partner with skilled nursing and long-term care clients to assess and improve revenue cycle operations. Serve as a Workday ERP analyst to gather and document business and technical requirements, develop business cases, drive end-to-end solution delivery and post-deployment optimization, identify process improvements and automation opportunities, collaborate with architects/vendors/QA, and mentor junior analysts.
