Partner with CSMs, AEs, and Renewals to drive implementations across SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning while creating reusable technical content and maintaining specialty competencies.

Lead the CRO field's AI agenda: create enablement roadmaps, identify and pilot high-value AI use cases, partner with product and engineering to scale solutions, drive field adoption through champions, and establish governance and operations to embed AI into day-to-day workflows.
