Partner with Sales, CS, Product, RevOps to measure impact on win rate, deal velocity, and influenced ACV.

Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to shape people strategy, org design, talent planning, retention, and change management. Provide coaching to managers, support performance review and compensation processes, analyze people data to surface risks, and improve people programs and operating rhythms to retain top talent.

Manage a book of mid-market named accounts to drive AI adoption, value delivery, renewals, and expansion. Lead hands-on AI workshops, co-build success plans, identify expansion opportunities, partner with sales, document learnings, and help scale Customer Success processes and product insights.
