Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and product teams across enterprise SaaS, AI, and multi-product workflows.

Build self-serve analytics substrate, define semantic layer and data contracts, implement engineering best practices, and partner cross-functionally with Data Science, BI, Analytics, and Product.

Partner with leaders, managers, and employees on performance management, employee relations, investigations, accommodations, leaves, offboarding, and employee experience. Analyze people data including attrition and performance trends to provide leadership insights. Apply product management and design-thinking principles to improve employee programs, influence stakeholders, manage complex matters, and collaborate across distributed teams.
