Field-based clinical sales role supporting the Impella product portfolio. Advise physicians on patient selection, attend implants, deliver clinical training and demos, collect outcome data, and collaborate with sales to drive device adoption and positive patient outcomes.

Provide clinical and product expertise for Monarch surgical systems, support procedures in the OR, develop customer relationships and clinical champions, deliver physician and fellow education, report product issues, and drive account development and utilization across Northern California territory.

The Principal R&D Engineer will lead projects in developing balloon technologies to treat cardiovascular diseases. Responsibilities include product design, managing development teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
