Support internal communications and employee engagement by drafting and distributing newsletters, gathering content across teams, analyzing engagement metrics, assisting with event coordination and DEI communications, and contributing to presentations and special projects to strengthen staff connection and information sharing.

Manage technical, logistical, and administrative delivery of the New Hampshire Conservation Corps: plan projects, supervise Project Leaders and members, ensure safety and compliance, maintain equipment and records, provide training and partner engagement, and support program administration and reporting.
