Develop and implement narrative content for a AAA video game, including story arcs, dialogue, characters, critical-path storylines, side content, and systemic dialogue. Translate UX designs into performant gameplay implementations, establish architecture and workflow standards, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate new tools, and mentor technical designers. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, technical roadmaps, and the growth of the UI technical design function across multiple platforms.

Develop production-ready character concepts from exploration through final designs, translating ambiguous briefs into visual solutions aligned with narrative, gameplay, and art direction. Create sketches, turnarounds, style guides, and supporting documentation; collaborate with art and cross-functional teams to support 3D production; mentor artists; improve workflows; and independently manage complex assignments and priorities.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to three or more senior leaders.
