Grow HiBob’s Americas employee benefits broker channel by recruiting, activating, and managing brokerage partners. Drive full-cycle enterprise sales for HiBob’s HR SaaS platform across organizations with 1,000+ employees. Responsibilities include strategic prospecting, pipeline generation, consultative discovery, executive stakeholder management, product demonstrations with Sales Engineering, negotiation, closing, Salesforce forecasting, and representing the company at industry events.

Leads payroll services and operations across the US and UK, owning strategy, implementation, customer outcomes, scalability, revenue, and P&L. Builds repeatable payroll service models, improves operational excellence, partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Payroll leadership, and develops a high-performing organization. Uses AI and automation to improve delivery, efficiency, retention, expansion, and business performance.

Lead and develop an outbound SMB sales team, drive prospecting and full-cycle sales execution, achieve quotas, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, manage customer relationships, engage HR technology prospects, build partnerships, and provide market and competitive insights to cross-functional teams.

Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation, identify and qualify decision-makers, nurture opportunities, execute campaigns with Marketing, record and manage CRM data, and advance prospects through the sales funnel.

Partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored technical demos, lead consultative discovery, translate integration and security concepts for varied stakeholders, and collaborate across product, CS, and services to remove technical blockers and drive revenue. Continuously learn industry trends and use data and AI tools to refine technical storytelling and improve buyer outcomes.

Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for Windows and macOS workstations, manage SaaS admin tasks (Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zendesk, Office 365), support AV and meeting room systems, administer MDM/JAMF, handle onboarding/offboarding, manage IT assets and vendor orders, create documentation, and lead small IT projects while providing onsite and remote support in the NYC office.
