Lead and manage a team of data scientists for SoFi's consumer finance products. Prioritize and deliver high-quality data science projects, build data pipelines, deploy and monitor ML models, collaborate cross-functionally, recruit and mentor staff, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Sell and advise customers on Life, Home, and Auto insurance through phone, email, text, and chat. Partners with People Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to deliver secure, trusted workforce analytics and AI-enabled internal tools.

Designs and maintains production data pipelines, dbt models, Airflow DAGs, and People data products using Snowflake and Workday data. Ensures data quality, observability, governance, row-level security, and reliable ETL/ELT operations. Builds semantic models and AI agents, partners with analysts and stakeholders, translates requirements into deliverables, communicates technical trade-offs, and mentors engineers. Supports recruiting, compensation, talent management, and learning and development analytics.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Engineering and Operations leadership, driving org design, compensation, performance management, D&I, employee relations, leadership coaching, and people-analytics informed initiatives. Lead complex employee relations with discretion, partner with CoEs to execute strategic HR programs, and build scalable processes that advance culture and business objectives.

Lead global compensation strategy, job architecture, market benchmarking, and equity/cash modeling. Develop annual cash and equity guidelines, partner with Finance on stock-based forecasting, support executive compensation and proxy disclosures, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure competitive, compliant compensation programs.
