Lead SoFi Plus member acquisition strategy, segmentation, market sizing, channel and placement optimization, performance measurement, and growth execution. Manage investor education, due diligence, and term-sheet negotiation; model product economics; define infrastructure and reporting requirements; oversee execution and post-launch performance; and build standardized frameworks to streamline future product development.

Advises on crypto AML and sanctions risks for digital asset products. Supports control design, risk assessments, monitoring, wallet and transaction screening, Travel Rule compliance, and escalation frameworks. Partners with Compliance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Investigations on new products, vendors, and material changes. Helps manage regulatory exams, audits, testing, issue management, third-party risk, and policy enhancements for financial crime compliance.

Lead strategic finance for SoFi Checking & Savings and Credit Card, owning multi-year planning, annual operating plans, forecasts, and capital allocation. Build unit economics analyses, scenario models, and investment business cases, while partnering across Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Treasury, Accounting, and Data. Sell and advise SoFi members on Life, Home, and Auto insurance via phone, email, text, and chat. Manage leads and pipeline, drive sales from intake to fulfillment across carrier panels, identify cross-sell opportunities, and help build operational processes for the SoFi Protect business while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead development and administration of Invest product compliance programs for the registered investment adviser and broker-dealer. Advise on SEC and FINRA applicability, prepare regulatory filings (Form ADV, EDGAR, IARD, Web CRD), develop WSPs and compliance documentation, support audits/exams, and partner with business and IRM on controls and change management to mitigate regulatory risk.

Lead second-line credit risk oversight by developing risk management capabilities, monitoring portfolio performance (roll rates, delinquency, losses), performing credit and behavioral analytics, building visualizations and KPIs, evaluating policy effectiveness, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve credit risk posture and regulatory readiness across unsecured, secured, and commercial lending.
