As a Senior Combat Designer, you will develop AI characters and combat gameplay, collaborating across teams to enhance player experiences. You will ensure project goals through creative problem-solving and clear communication of design standards.

The Senior Engineer will develop backend services for NBA 2K, focusing on high-performance, scalable systems for online gameplay, optimizing databases, and ensuring reliability.

Design and block out game levels and world geometry, create gameplay content using Blueprint scripting, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to implement creative vision, mentor junior designers, and iterate on scripted and systemic content to deliver immersive AAA player experiences.

Serve as primary FP&A business partner for 1-2 game studios: build forecasts, variance analysis, scenario models, and KPIs; drive annual budgeting; present insights to leadership; support workforce and capacity planning; implement finance workflows and influence operational decisions.

Lead multiple game features and departments from concept to release, create and manage schedules and milestones, identify and mitigate risks and scope creep, and mentor production staff. Act as feature owner, coordinate cross-discipline dependencies, resolve impediments, and communicate status to stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

This role leads product management efforts, driving product strategy and player engagement for a new AAA sports game franchise at 2K. Responsibilities include creating product roadmaps, maximizing player lifetime value, and ensuring operational excellence.
