Build and deploy machine learning models for identity, credit, fraud, and other risk domains. Lead research, model development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance while partnering with Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations. Develop scalable modeling frameworks and integrate LLMs to improve analysis and insights. Identify data-driven product opportunities, solve cross-functional risk problems, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own paid social strategy and execution across major platforms, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and full-funnel campaigns. Lead creative testing, attribution, measurement, channel experimentation, and AI-powered marketing workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Brand, Web, Sales, Communications, and Product Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue. Test emerging channels, establish success criteria, scale effective tactics, and document paid acquisition playbooks.

Own and scale Gusto’s VC and private equity partnership strategy. Build programmatic ecosystem partnerships, manage high-impact investor relationships, collaborate with marketing, events, recruiting, and sales, and measure impact through ARR, pipeline influence, and founder reach. Represent Gusto externally as a thought leader while translating ambiguous inputs into scalable strategies and execution plans.
