Teams at Gusto - TEST - GH API (EA YES)

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounting firm partners for Gusto Pro. Responsibilities include account planning, QBRs, partner acquisition and development, renewals, upsells, contract negotiation, enablement, feature adoption, executive relationship management, sales reporting, and cross-functional product feedback. The role requires integrating AI into daily sales workflows and includes travel to partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Lead design for Gusto's Payroll product, managing a team of designers, defining UX vision, and collaborating cross-functionally to simplify payroll processes.

Own and scale Gusto's VC & PE partnership strategy, building programmatic, high-leverage partner motions. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Events, Sales, and internal teams to drive ARR, pipeline influence, and founder reach while serving as Tier 1 contact for high-impact partners and representing Gusto externally.
