Design and implement security controls for LLMs and generative AI systems. Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and vulnerability remediation for ML pipelines. Secure training, fine-tuning, and inference infrastructure, including containers, Kubernetes, and cloud/GPU environments. Develop policies, runbooks, and training; evaluate vendor AI services; assist with proofs-of-concept and incident response for AI-specific threats like prompt injection and model poisoning.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud and edge security across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Deploy Cloudflare WAF and SASE/zero-trust controls, implement CSPM and IaC security, perform threat modeling and incident runbooks, tune detection and monitoring, and mentor junior engineers while participating in on-call rotation.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market (GTM) and Sales roles in a SaaS environment. Partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, design structured interviews, and use recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions. Coach stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and scale talent pipelines for hard-to-fill GTM positions.
