Supports Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, data quality, security settings, user access, and platform optimization. Gathers business requirements, configures Flow and other Salesforce features, monitors support tickets, performs first-level issue triage, maintains documentation, and collaborates with senior team members. The role also uses Claude to build automations for internal process management and monitoring.

Define enterprise-scale data architecture across batch, streaming, warehouse, lakehouse, OLTP, OLAP, AI, and vector-store use cases. Establish standards for data quality, governance, lineage, access, observability, SLAs, and modeling. Serve as a technical escalation point, influence roadmaps, implement AI-enabled workflows, and mentor engineers through hands-on architecture, coding, reviews, and technical guidance.

Own carrier connectivity for Connected Trading, solving complex integration problems across product and engineering teams. Define platform and API solutions involving data contracts, authentication, error handling, and system failure modes. Set priorities, coordinate delivery, measure connectivity performance, support carrier onboarding, and partner with product, engineering, agency, and carrier stakeholders. The role requires strong technical product management, analytical ability, communication skills, and experience delivering cross-functional solutions through production.
