Partners with stakeholders to gather BI requirements, analyzes enterprise and offline datasets, writes complex SQL queries, and builds dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Domo. Translates business needs into technical specifications, wireframes, documentation, and data validation processes. Collaborates with data engineering, product, and business teams while applying US trust business knowledge to deliver accurate, contextually relevant insights.

Lead regional onboarding and client lifecycle operations across the Americas, managing a dispersed team, standardizing processes, and improving service quality. Drive AML/KYC/compliance execution, escalate complex cases, coordinate stakeholders, and support transformation through reporting, controls, data quality, and automation improvements.

The Senior Architect will define and evolve enterprise and hybrid cloud architecture, guide development, mentor teams, and ensure secure, scalable platforms aligned with strategic goals.
