Provide multi-channel technical support for Corptax customers, validate and triage installations on Microsoft enterprise systems, document cases, perform release testing, collaborate with teams, and assist on projects. role includes rotating on-call, occasional weekend overtime, and developing technical proficiency with Corptax products.

Lead global technology and cybersecurity internal audit, designing risk-based plans, overseeing IT/cyber and AI audits, assessing cloud, data, and third-party risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, advising senior stakeholders, and managing audit teams and third-party auditors.
