The role involves driving business development and sales efforts targeting law firms, identifying opportunities, establishing partnerships, and achieving revenue growth through strategic selling and relationship management.

Leads a team of Salesforce Business Analysts and Admins supporting configuration, production operations, reporting, workflows, user troubleshooting, training, and change management. Partners with development and service leadership to improve data quality, productivity, adoption, and service delivery. Sets team goals and KPIs, manages performance, oversees stakeholder relationships, supports project decisions, and ensures successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and PEGA solutions.

Designs and maintains scalable Playwright-based test automation frameworks and QA tooling using C# and JavaScript/TypeScript. Develops end-to-end, integration, and performance tests; integrates automation into CI/CD pipelines; applies AI-driven testing techniques; troubleshoots reliability and performance issues; and mentors QA engineers and developers on automation practices.
