Beaming makes it simple for families to get care for their kids.
There are too many kids sitting on waiting lists for services such as speech therapy and occupational therapy. The problem is not that there are too few providers; the problem is that too few take insurance. We enable more SLPs, OTs, and others to take insurance by handling the backend insurance processes and facilitate families to find, schedule, and pay for care using their insurance with these providers. We're on our way to becoming the go-to marketplace for all of childhood development services.

We are a fully remote company. However, for this role we are specifically hiring in California. In-person connection is a vital part of forming referral partnerships and the expectation for this role is you will be meeting people in-person daily.
