Manages and mentors engineers, drives design-process improvements, coordinates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and test teams, and ensures compliance with aerospace standards. The role also establishes operational goals, approves design deliverables, and fosters an inclusive, psychologically safe, performance-oriented workplace.
