Lead complex MGA-focused consulting engagements from discovery through implementation, advising on underwriting, policy administration, delegated authority, and integrations. Support pre-sales, mentor consulting teams, influence delivery best practices, and drive adoption, operational assessments, and scalable solution recommendations to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Retain and expand existing customer relationships by selling Vertafore products and services into field accounts. Use value-selling at the executive level, meet revenue and retention targets, manage pipeline and forecasting, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with internal teams. Heavy travel and remote/office flexibility required.

Manage and grow Vertafore's largest strategic insurance accounts by retaining revenue, expanding product adoption, executing value-selling to C-levels, developing account plans, forecasting pipeline, and meeting quota targets while coordinating internal teams and resolving customer issues.

Own production services end-to-end to ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and operational health. Define SLIs/SLOs and use error budgets, debug complex production issues, run incident response and RCA, build automation and self-healing, manage releases and observability, and collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams.

Lead definition and evolution of enterprise CI/CD, build, and release platforms. Establish standards, reusable tooling, and guardrails for pipeline design, artifact promotion, security integration, and release orchestration. Advise engineering leaders, drive adoption, and enable scalable, secure delivery through consultation, documentation, and measurable outcomes.

Own retention and expansion of strategic insurance accounts by resolving customer issues, selling Vertafore products, executing value-selling, forecasting pipeline, meeting quota and activity targets, and engaging executive stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.

Lead and grow a 4–8 engineer AI team, own end-to-end delivery of LLM and ML systems, stay hands-on with architecture and code, ensure production reliability, observability, and model evaluation, and collaborate with product, platform, and customers to ship scalable AI features.

Lead design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, develop Apex, LWC, Flows and APIs, own integrations (Celigo, NetSuite, Workday), manage release cycles/CI-CD, apply AI-assisted development and Salesforce AI (Agentforce), mentor junior developers, and champion governance, security, and platform best practices to support business stakeholders.
