Administer Jira projects and workflows supporting AI enablement initiatives. Manage intake, milestones, risks, ceremonies, documentation, reporting, stakeholder requirements, training, communications, and change management. Maintain Confluence knowledge bases and standardize templates and processes to support AI tool adoption. Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Manage revenue and payment trackers, record and reconcile revenue, issue invoices, support forecasting and financial analysis, follow up on overdue payments, identify process improvements, and collaborate with finance and partnership teams on ad hoc projects.

Support requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and change management for state child welfare system (CCWIS/CWIS) modernization. Partner with program and IT staff to document workflows, ensure federal CCWIS compliance, and support data conversion, reporting, and interoperability across human services systems.
