Judit Inc. is building a bench of consultants to support state child welfare agencies modernizing their Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS/CWIS). This role supports requirements gathering, process mapping, and implementation activities for child welfare case management modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for CWIS/CCWIS modernization initiatives
- Partner with state child welfare program and IT staff to document current-state workflows and future-state needs
- Support system design, configuration, testing, and organizational change management activities
- Help ensure modernization plans align with federal CCWIS regulations and state child welfare program requirements
- Support data conversion, reporting, and interoperability requirements across related human services systems
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience supporting Child Welfare Information System (CWIS/CCWIS/SACWIS) modernization or implementation projects
- Working knowledge of child welfare program operations and federal CCWIS requirements
- Business analysis, requirements gathering, or systems implementation experience in a government or consulting setting
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in management consulting serving state health and human services agencies
- Experience with specific CWIS/CCWIS platforms or vendors
- Familiarity with adjacent human services domains (child support, eligibility, case management)
