Lead and execute complex SAR/RF test programs: design and follow test plans, operate and calibrate lab equipment, analyze and report results, train staff, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and manage project deadlines and continuous improvement for assigned testing technologies.

Execute and document complex laboratory tests using defined plans and equipment, evaluate results, lead simple test projects, maintain and calibrate test equipment, communicate with customers and team members, and recommend process and equipment improvements while following UL Code of Conduct.

Manage basic consumer-technology engineering projects including test program development, performing and directing standard tests, examining samples for UL compliance, preparing client reports, coordinating project status and client communications, supporting sales on project specifications, and applying continuous improvement in lab processes.
