Translates stakeholder needs into clear software requirements and partners with engineering and product teams to support application delivery. Responsibilities include understanding application behavior, documenting requests, clarifying scope, tracking work, identifying blockers, facilitating planning and continuous improvement, and maintaining alignment across globally distributed teams. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, software development process familiarity, and a working understanding of modern web application technologies, but does not primarily involve coding.

Conducts complex EMC and laboratory tests on customer products, follows test plans and standards, evaluates results, writes reports, manages test projects, operates and maintains equipment, supports calibration, trains staff, communicates with customers, and improves testing processes through automation and continuous improvement.

Provides global technical leadership for AI-enabled physical products and cyber-physical systems. Develops standards, certification programs, assessment methodologies, testing criteria, and customer-facing assurance services for robotics, autonomous systems, drones, smart mobility, and connected intelligent products. Evaluates real-world system behavior, hazards, failure modes, robustness, safety, human interaction, and risk controls. Advises customers, regulators, standards bodies, and internal teams while building global evaluator competencies and delivery capabilities.
