Conduct outbound sales to SMB and mid-market customers using qualified leads. Identify connectivity, fiber, cybersecurity, and network needs; perform discovery; present tailored solutions; manage proposals and RFP responses; negotiate and close business; and maintain the sales pipeline through CRM tools. Success is measured by quota attainment, activity levels, pipeline coverage, customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion.

First-line IT support for company employees: troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and account issues, document tickets, escalate complex problems, and provide Tier 1 support for enterprise AI tools (access, accounts, basic how-to). Support device provisioning/deprovisioning, remote network and device administration, maintain KB articles, and assist with technology initiatives and executive-level sensitive situations.

Implement, QA, and document tag management across GTM, GA4, pixels, server-side pipelines and Shopify. Translate Figma designs into data layers, collaborate with engineering to ensure event parity, monitor pixel and server-side integrity, support A/B testing event piping, run monthly data audits, enforce consent via OneTrust, and maintain the centralized Solution Design Document.
