Lead RFI/RFP responses, collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services, and create reusable presales assets. Requires strong EDI, B2B integration, supply chain process, API, and enterprise sales-cycle expertise.

Manage 30+ enterprise SaaS accounts across implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Own GRR and NRR outcomes, monitor customer health, conduct executive QBRs, develop success plans, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution. Maintain accurate Salesforce and Planhat records, support migrations, promote AI-powered platform capabilities, and build industry-specific customer value. Travel 5–10% annually.

Lead AI product roadmap and ship LLM-powered features, predictive models, and agentic workflows. Partner with engineering and data science to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, set model evaluation criteria, monitor success metrics, and drive launches while engaging customers and executives.
