Responsibilities include user research, problem framing, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, polished UI, validation, design systems, and close collaboration with product, engineering, architecture, and AI teams. The role establishes scalable, trustworthy AI UX patterns emphasizing explainability, user control, transparency, and measurable business outcomes.

Implement enterprise EDI and integration solutions for clients by analyzing requirements, mapping data, configuring and deploying solutions, and documenting business processes. The role develops expertise in Cleo Integration Suite, APIs, communication protocols, ERP integrations, and automation while collaborating with customers and internal teams. It also involves using AI tools to accelerate coding, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and project delivery.

Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, development, launch, and adoption of a supply chain orchestration product. Define workflows and integrations across ERP, WMS, TMS, APIs, EDI, and trading partner systems. Prioritize AI use cases for exception diagnosis and workflow automation, establish evaluations and controls, collaborate cross-functionally, and present product decisions and measurable outcomes to executives.
