Manages a web development team, drives product development, optimizes conversion journeys, uses analytics and experimentation, oversees platforms and technology vendors, and advances AI-enabled personalization and automation. Partners with leadership, Marketing, Sales, Product, and technical teams to deliver scalable digital solutions tied to customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
