Coach and develop teammates, create schedules, support hiring and performance management, enforce safety and loss prevention, and act as store lead when needed to meet financial and operational goals.

Coach and develop teammates, manage staffing and schedules, execute 30-60-90 day plans, oversee operations when sole leader, enforce policies (safety, loss prevention), and support hiring, performance management, and payroll/financial goals.
