Lead Retool’s Enterprise Platform engineering team, building scalable capabilities for enterprise deployment, permissions, auditability, administration, integrations, AI agents, and autonomous workflows. Set technical strategy, guide architecture, drive execution, partner with customers and cross-functional teams, and coach and grow engineers. Balance customer needs, security, reliability, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability while building reusable platform foundations.

Own Retool’s product strategy and roadmap for AI expansion, monetization, and enterprise controls. Drive onboarding, adoption, usage-based billing, metering, spend controls, usage policies, pricing, and upgrade paths. Partner with engineering, design, data, finance, sales, and customer success to launch and measure technically complex products that increase organizational adoption, improve spend predictability, and support sustainable unit economics.
