Plan and run qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize insights, and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders. Shape research practice, prioritize knowledge gaps, and triangulate data from usage, support, and market signals to drive AI-enabled product decisions.

Build systems enabling enterprise-scale use of Retool: admin onboarding, permissions and projects, AI cost controls, spaces/instance management, telemetry and backend pipelines. Work full-stack across web, data pipelines, and platform infrastructure to make governance scalable, secure, and easy for large customers.
