Build the systems powering Retool Workflows and Agents, including orchestration engines, execution infrastructure, AI integrations, and developer tooling. Design scalable distributed systems, collaborate with Product and Design, own projects from architecture through launch and iteration, improve platform reliability and performance, work directly with customers, and contribute to technical direction, mentoring, and hiring.

Own Retool’s integration platform strategy and roadmap, leading 0-to-1 products for enterprise users. Research customer needs, shape platform and builder experiences, evaluate build-versus-partner opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Drive reusable capabilities for connecting databases, APIs, storage systems, AI models, and business data while defining success through setup ease, resource reuse, adoption, and customer value.

Define the strategy and roadmap for Retool’s enterprise AI platform infrastructure. Lead products for deployment, observability, access controls, audit logging, APIs, infrastructure as code, and MCP. Partner with engineering and enterprise platform leaders to address reliability, security, scalability, isolation, cost, and operational challenges for AI agents and applications. Drive initiatives from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration while translating recurring customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.
