Own end-to-end subscription renewals for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, executing renewals 240-180 days ahead, negotiating complex contracts and pricing, coordinating with Sales/Customer Success/Finance, mitigating renewal risk, and maintaining accurate CRM forecasting and reports to maximize retention and revenue.
