After 90 days, the associate conducts in-person meetings and account management within a 2.5-hour radius of a designated metro hub. The role requires quota-carrying sales experience, self-sourced pipeline generation, CRM proficiency, reliable transportation, and residence in an approved Midwest market.

Manage a portfolio of mental healthcare providers, building relationships and helping them maximize their partnership with Rula. Use consultative problem-solving, data, and metric analysis to remove barriers, improve engagement and retention, and identify practice-growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the provider experience and deliver measurable outcomes.

Manage healthcare provider credentialing and payer enrollment, including scoping requirements, submitting applications, guiding providers, supporting payer launches, documenting processes, and improving operational workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally and educate credentialing and enrollment associates on new processes and payer requirements.
