Provide onsite and remote desktop/laptop support for Ubuntu, Windows, and macOS across engineering teams. Develop and standardize solutions (automation, builds) with other IT teams, monitor service health, onboard new users, troubleshoot hardware, network and software issues, and support VIPs. Regular onsite presence in the San Francisco Bay Area with some local travel.

Design, build, and operate security-focused services, tooling, and automation across cloud-native environments. Integrate security into CI/CD, perform secure code and design reviews, implement IAM and secrets management, build telemetry for detection and incident response, and mentor engineers on secure architecture and coding.

Design, build, and optimize scalable, reliable ML training infrastructure for distributed GPU/cloud environments. Improve training performance, observability, debuggability, and resource utilization while collaborating with ML engineers and research scientists to support large-model training workflows.
