Own brand strategy and activations from vision through campaign execution and results. Translate ideas into structured workstreams with goals, owners, briefs, timelines, and success measures. Coordinate Creative, Media, Social, Partnerships, Insights, Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and agencies. Manage talent and brand partnerships, social execution, calendar alignment, cross-functional dependencies, and performance readouts. The role requires strong writing, campaign delivery experience, multi-workstream management, and agency and brand-side experience.

Lead and grow an engineering team building Jade, Chime's AI-powered assistant. Drive technical direction for LLM-powered member-facing features, ensure reliability, safety, and scalability, collaborate with product/design/data/risk, maintain on-call and observability practices, and coach engineers on delivery and career growth.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Chime’s marketing technology growth capabilities. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Data to build scalable platforms for segmentation, lifecycle orchestration, personalization, experimentation, measurement, and data activation. Define technical requirements, metrics, and experiments; analyze behavioral and funnel data; and balance near-term growth opportunities with foundational platform investments.
